TopLine 999013 BGA172 12-Layer Daisy Chain Placement Board. Top side has pads for mounting 20 each BGA172 1.0 Pitch 15x15mm. The bottom side has tracings to connect the daisy chain pattern to a connector. The diamond shape outer layers plus 10-inner layers combine to make a .093-inch thick 12-layer copper heat sink, making this board challenging to asssemble. Test points allow continuity to verify correct assembly with a simple ohm-meter to check accurate placement of each BGA172.
