Assembly method Step 1: Apply SAC305 solder paste using "paste-in-hole" method in plated throughhole on module. Step 2: Use pick and place machine to insert the SBC305 contact into the module. Step 3: Reflow the SBC305 along with other components using normal lead free temperature profile. Step 4: The module mounts to mother board using pick and place machine. Step 5: Reflow the module to the mother board using normal BGA solder ball SMT processes. | |||||||
