Cassette carrier loaded with solder columns.

New Flip-Pack® cassette carrier loaded with solder columns or micro-coil springs. Matches the matrix of the LGA. Pins are held in place with removable covers. Just remove the cover, and the pins gently glide into the C7-GRAPHITE column attachment fixture without vibration or vacuum.

Available with Pb80/Sn20 Cu ribbon columns, Pb90/Sn10 bare columns and Micro-coil springs.

    INSERTION TOOL

    Allows easy insertion of new FLIP-PACK into graphite tool set. Place the FLIP-PACK into insertion tool. Invert the graphite tool upside down and place on top of the insertion tool. Flip graphite tool set right side up. Columns will gently fall with gravity into the silos in the graphite tool. Remove the FLIP-PACK with your fingers. Place graphite into reflow oven to attach columns onto the CCGA.
