What is it.
C7-SET. One part number orders a complete tool-set for attachment of solder columns for your specific CGA device. Designed for ceramic Land Grid Array (LGA) substrates. Also reworks plastic BGA into column grid arrays. Expandable to your needs. The C7-SET includes a manual stencil printer, stencil, graphite fixtures to hold the CGA substrate and align the Pin-PackTM cassette. A basic C7-SET tool-set can process volumes up to 500 CGA packages per month. Just add more graphite fixtures to increase throughput to 10,000 packages per month. Tooling change-over for a new CGA device is quick.
